I need a booking confirmation

A booking confirmation should be sent to your email address once the booking is completed but we apologise if you have not received this. 

When you make an online booking you have to create an online account. Here, you can access all your details including your booking confirmation. You can do this by clicking on 'MY ACCOUNT' on the top of the page and then view your confirmation when you click on 'view booking'. from here you can also print out your confirmation.

If you'd like to print the details of your journey, select Print Booking Details on the top right-hand corner.
