How do I amend my booking?

Simply log in to 'My Account' and select 'Show Journey Details' in the 'My Journeys' section. Find the journey you wish to amend and select 'Amend' or 'Cancel' (please note, you may need to pay an amendment fee depending on your ticket type).

If you log into your account and do not seem to have the 'Amend/Cancel' option once you have selected your journey, then please click 'Call Now' below for the best number to contact us on and we will be happy to help you or please click here.

You can also amend a variety of different booking details in your online account including; where you are travelling to, your travel dates, passenger names, vehicle type and registration, if you are taking pets, and how many cabins you require.

In addition to this, you can add on extras such as meals, Wi-Fi and breakdown cover too.
