Do I need my email confirmation to travel, or do I just need the reference number?

You only need your booking reference number sent to you via email and any relevant Identification required for travel.

All boarding documentation is provided to customers on arrival at the Port.

For your reference: a booking confirmation should be sent to your email address once the booking is completed but we apologise if you have not received this. 

When you make an online booking you have to create an online account. You can can access all your details including your booking confirmation. You can do this by clicking on 'MY ACCOUNT' on the top of the page and then view your confirmation when you click on 'view booking'. from here you can also print out your confirmation.
