If you have any accessibilty requirements or mobility issues, we have facilities for passengers with disabilities which we hope will make your journey as relaxing and comfortable as possible.
Wheelchair access is available on all of our ferries sailing between Dover and Calais, including onboard lifts and disabled toilets, and all dining and shopping areas are wheelchair accessible.
Should you wish to use an onboard wheelchair you can request this at check-in, unfortunately they cannot be reserved at the time of making your booking. There are two manual wheelchairs available for use to board and disembark the ship. We can meet and assist wheelchair users on the vehicle deck if required, just let us know and we will be happy to help.
- If you travel as a foot passenger our wheelchair-accessible bus will take you from the port to the ship.
- If you are travelling by car and need to be parked close to a lift, please let us know before departure or at check-in.
How to let us know of your accessibilty requirements:
- If you are booking online you can let us know you require special assistance by selecting the 'Special assistance required' icon when inputting your passenger numbers during the booking process. Simply select the icon, and a statement from the drop down menu that appears, before continuing with your booking details.
- If you are booking via our Mobile App, the same applies as if you are making a booking on our website, please select the 'Special assistance required' icon during the booking process.
- If you are booking via the phone with our contact centre, please advise us when making your booking.
