What's your advice regarding passengers with disabilities?

If you or someone that is travelling with you has any special assistance requirements please make this known to us at the time of booking and also when checking in on the day of travel. This will help us to have all the information necessary to make your trip as stress-free and smooth as we possibly can.

We have extra support in place to assist you at the port, getting on to the ship and whilst on board so do let us know how we can help you with any aspect of your travels.

Our staff are trained to assist you in any situation so please do not hesitate to speak to them before you travel or during your trip. If you have any special requirements or if you feel that any extra support is needed, they can advise you.

Please note: We apologise but unfortunately, our Liverpool to Dublin route is not suitable for passengers who require special assistance, have limited mobility or the elderly, as there are no lifts from the vehicle deck and stairways are very steep.
