If we have re-issued your credit note as an online ’Credit Voucher’ it will be for the paid value of your original booking.
It is valid for travel up until the 30th September 2022, and can be found in the wallet section of your P&O Ferries account when you next sign in.
If you do not already have a P&O Ferries online account, or your account is not registered to the email address we contacted you on to confirm your credit voucher, you will need to create a new account using that email address.
Once you are signed in, your Credit Voucher (or vouchers, if you claimed for multiple bookings) will automatically appear and can be redeemed online.
You may see your original booking(s) has been ’cancelled’, or it may no longer be visible online at all. Please do not worry, this is a necessary step to enable us to add the online Credit Voucher to your wallet.

The credit vouchers cannot be transferred to another account but travel can be booked for passengers other than yourself.
Please call us if you have multiple P&O Ferries accounts and need to consolidate your credit(s) onto your main account.
To redeem multiple credit vouchers simply copy and paste the code at the bottom of the credit voucher into the voucher code box at checkout.
