Do I need my email confirmation to travel, or do I just need the reference number?

All you need is the reference number! You do not need to bring your email confirmation to travel with P&O Ferries, you simply need the booking reference number that is included in the email in order to check-in. Your boarding documentation will then be provided to you at the port.

If you have not received your confirmation email, you can find all of your travel details, including your booking reference number, in your online account. or why not download our Mobile App for easy access to your booking information! 

If you have checked out as a 'Guest' and have not received your confirmation email, you can give us a call, click the 'Call Now' button below for our Contact Centre number.
