Do I need my email confirmation to travel, or do I just need the reference number?

All you need is the booking reference number to check-in. 

You do not need to print/bring your email confirmation to travel with P&O Ferries, you simply need the booking reference number that is included in the email in order to check-in. Your boarding documentation will then be provided to you at the port by one of our friendly check-in staff.

If you have not received your confirmation email, you can find all of your travel details, including your booking reference number, in your online account. or why not download our Mobile App for easy access to your booking information.
