I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in with your password, please request a password reset via the Sign in link located at the top right of your screen. When the sign in box appears you will see a link 'Forgotten your password?' simply click on this and enter the email address associated with your account, and we will email you a link to reset your password.

The email will be sent to the email address you entered when creating your P&O account, so please ensure that you enter the correct one when requesting a new password.

Your password must follow the below criteria:

  • between 8 and 20 characters in length
  • include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and a number.
  • You can use symbols apart from #, &, and +, and you cannot include any spaces.
