We're very sorry you're still experiencing issues resetting your password. Please ensure you have followed the below steps and met the correct password criteria.
- Please request a password reset via the 'Sign in' link located at the top right of your screen.
- When the sign in box appears you will see a link 'Forgotten your password?' simply click on this and enter the email address associated with your account, and we will email you a link to reset your password.
- The email will be sent to the email address you entered when creating your P&O account, so please ensure that you enter the correct one when requesting a new password.
- Retrieve your reset email from your inbox and click the link to reset your password.
Your password must follow the below criteria:
- Be between 6 and 20 characters in length
- Include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and a number.
- You can use symbols (accept for #, &, and +), and you cannot include any spaces.
