I need a booking confirmation

A booking confirmation should have been sent to your email address, after you had completed your booking and checked out. We apologise if you have not received this. 

If you have an account with us, simply follow the steps below to view your booking confirmation details:

  • Click 'sign in' at the top right of our web page to sign in to your account.
  • To access your booking confirmation details select 'My Bookings' from the menu on the left hand side.
  • Here you can view your 'upcoming bookings' and your 'booked history'.
  • Note: From here you can also print out your booking confirmation.

Please note: Whilst we understand our customers like to have their booking confirmation to hand, for peace of mind, you do not have to print out your booking confirmation to be able to check in, all we need is your booking reference number.

If you have downloaded our Mobile App, all your bookings will be stored in the 'My Journey's' section, you can access this once you have signed in to your account.

For those who have used our 'Guest Checkout' and have not received a booking confirmation via the email address provided, please contact our customer service desk by clicking the contact us button below.

If you have not received a booking confirmation or have misplaced it please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help via one of the buttons below. Please ensure you have your booking information and email address to hand so that we can assist you more swiftly with your query.



Booking Reference Important Information

We have been experiencing some issues with customer booking references for bookings made in the last 7 days. If you are having issues with your booking reference and your booking reference is currently 9 digits long and beginning with 100, please drop the second '0' so your booking reference starts with 10. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working hard to contact those affected to re-issue a new 8 digit booking reference.

If you are still experiencing issues with your booking reference and your travel is within the next 7 days please call our customer care team on the number below. If your travel is for future dates please await a new booking reference to be issued from our team, before contacting our customer care team who are dealing with immediate travel bookings. We thank you for your cooperation and patience.
