Traffic and sailing updates

We do our utmost to ensure that our sailings are on time and to schedule, so that you do not experience delays to your travels, however, sometimes weather and other outside influences can unfortunately affect our services.

We aim to communicate any updates or changes to your booked sailings on the day of travel by dropping you a text message to the mobile number you provided when booking. If you've not shared your contact number then you might decide that this is a helpful option for future travel.

To add your mobile number to your account simply follow the steps below.

  • Login in to your account via the sign in link at the top of our web pages.
  • Go to 'My Details'
  • On 'My Information' click edit, add your phone number, then save.
