I don’t know my vehicle registration – how can I book online?

If you don't know your vehicle registration number at the time of booking, simply enter: 'TBA' in the vehicle registration field and continue to make your booking.

You can amend this information online in the 'My Account' section as soon as you have the information to hand. Simply go to 'My bookings' once you have signed in and under 'Upcoming bookings' you will find your next bookings, here you can amend the booking and add in your car registration.

If you would like to add you car registration to your account for future use, go to 'My Details' and then 'Vehicles'.

Don't forget you can also add details to your account if you have our Mobile App too!

If you have checked out as a 'Guest' and you need to view your booking to add your registration number, click 'sign in' at the top of the screen and then select 'sign in using booking reference'. Fill out the required fields and click 'continue'. You will then be able to view your booking and add your registration.

It is very important that you communicate the correct vehicle registration number before your date of travel.
