Can I change the registration on my booking?

You can amend your car details online in the 'My Account' section, details on how to do this are shown below.

  • Click 'Sign in' at the top right of the website.
  • Go to 'My bookings' once you have signed in
  • Under 'Upcoming bookings' you will find your next bookings, here you can click on the booking you wish to amend and follow the steps to amend your car registration and /or any other details.
  • If you would like to add you car registration to your account for future use, go to 'My Details' and then 'Vehicles', you can then follow the steps to add your car to your account.

Don't forget you can also add details to your account if you have our Mobile App too!

If you have checked out as a 'Guest' and you need to view your booking to amend your registration number, click 'sign in' at the top of the screen and then select 'sign in using booking reference'. Fill out the required fields and click 'continue'. You will then be able to view your bookings, select the one you wish to amend and add your registration.

If you would prefer to speak to a member of our friendly contact centre team, click the 'call now' button below for the best number to contact us on, and they will happily amend your booking for you.

It is very important that you communicate the correct vehicle registration number before your date of travel.
