What are your refund options for bookings in November?

We currently expect to be able to keep running an optimised schedule on all routes. If you're unsure about your travel plans we’ll keep the cost of your ticket as a credit if you're travelling before the 2nd December 2020, until you’re ready to rebook. You can rebook and travel within 13 months of your original outward journey. Find out more here.
