Where can I complete the advanced passenger information?

Advanced Passenger Information

We are required by law to provide details of every passenger travelling to the relevant government authorities. This is known as Advance Passenger Information (API). Please be aware that failure to supply this information may result in you not being able to travel.

You can complete your Advance Passenger Information (API) by visiting our dedicated site.

Please ensure you complete your API information no later than 24 hours prior to your departure.

You will need the following information available, so please have this to hand:

  • Your Booking Reference.
  • Passport or other eligible travel document for the lead passenger.
  • Passport information including document number, expiry date, date of birth and place of birth for any passengers you are travelling with.

Booking Reference Important Information

If you are having issues with your booking reference on our API site and your booking reference is currently 9 digits long and beginning with 100, please drop the second '0' so your booking reference starts with 10.

This should then allow you to continue to update your API information online. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working hard to contact those affected to re-issue a new 8 digit booking reference.

If you are still unable to successfully update you API using your booking reference, please contact our customer care team.
