Why can't I book a kennel?

If you're struggling or unable to book your journey on board our Hull to Rotterdam route with your dog or with a kennel, it could be because the kennels are full or there are no dog friendly cabins left. Please try alternative dates and times, and if you are still unable, try calling our call centre to place your booking over the phone.

If you wish to speak to an advisor regarding your booking, any amendments or cancellations you can contact us via the methods below. If your query relates to travel in more than 7 days time, please try contacting us again closer to your travel date. We’re working hard to assist those with immediate travel requirements.
