You can amend your booking online if you have an account with us.
For account users:
- To log into your account click the sign in link at the top of the homepage.
- Select 'My Journeys' from the menu on the left hand side and then select 'My upcoming journeys'.
- Find the journey you wish to amend and select 'Amend' or 'Cancel' (please note, you may need to pay an amendment fee depending on your ticket type).
- If you log into your account and do not seem to have the 'Amend/Cancel' option available once you have selected your journey, then please email our customer service team via the email button below and we will be happy to help you.
You can also amend a variety of different booking details in your online account including; where you are travelling to, your travel dates, passenger names, vehicle type and registration, if you are taking pets, and how many cabins you require. In addition to this, you can add on extras such as meals, Club Lounge, Wi-Fi and Priority Boarding (subject to availability).
