How do I amend my booking?

You can only amend your booking online if you have an account with us. 

For account users:

Simply log in to 'My Account' and select 'Show Journey Details' in the 'My Journeys' section. Find the journey you wish to amend and select 'Amend' or 'Cancel' (please note, you may need to pay an amendment fee depending on your ticket type). If you log into your account and do not seem to have the 'Amend/Cancel' option available once you have selected your journey, then please ring our contact centre on the number shown above and we will be happy to help you.

You can also amend a variety of different booking details in your online account including; where you are travelling to, your travel dates, passenger names, vehicle type and registration, if you are taking pets, and how many cabins you require. In addition to this, you can add on extras such as meals, Wi-Fi and breakdown cover too.
