HELP CENTRE

Are there any changes to your freight service?

Full details of our freight services can be found via the link below:

Motorway to Motorway Freight Shipping | P&O Freight

France:

Please note that all freight drivers and their passengers travelling to France require a negative covid-19 test. Those who are already in possession of a negative test result (taken within 72 hours of travel) can continue to the port as usual and will be put on the first available sailing.

Those who arrive in Dover without a test will be sent to Manston Airport for testing (there are currently no testing facilities at the port). The postcode for Manston: CT12 5BL

The government has also opened new testing sites across the country to help you prepare for your journey across the Channel.

The sites are at motorway service stations and truck stops across the country. You can find out the locations of these sites and follow updates here.

These sites are in addition to the support being offered by the Government to help firms establish their own testing centres at depots – which is still encouraged.

We will continue to regularly update our sailing and port congestion information on our dedicated social media channel twitter.com/poferriesfr8.

Please note that facemasks are now mandatory by the government on public transport which includes our ferries, unless eating and drinking.
