How do I redeem my credit note?

You can redeem your credit note, by completing a form on our website.

While we understand the uncertainty around the situation, we are currently, and expect to continue, running our services as a vital part of European transport and logistics.

We will hold the price of your ticket as a credit against a future booking of the same ticket type (you can rebook and travel within 13 months of the original date of outward travel). If you are travelling before 15th November 2020 you can claim this via our online form here.

We will email you within the next 28 days to confirm that your credit has been activated, and confirm how to re-book in the future.

We continue to follow government and maritime guidelines, and can therefore only refer you to your travel insurance for any other rights to refund.
