How do I redeem my credit note?

For any one who has received an e-voucher ('Credit Voucher') in their online Wallet, this credit can be redeemed online on our website.

If you haven't yet received an email from us advising that your booking had been replaced with an online credit voucher, you can redeem your credit note by calling us with your original booking reference:

Travel must be completed by 31st December 2022.

New credit requests: With the easing of rules, we are no longer accepting requests for credit note. Instead you can Book with Confidence knowing that you can amend your travel dates without incurring an amendment fee during 2022.

The book with confidence pledge is available on all of our routes and allows you to delay your travel dates to later in 2022 - for travel up to 31st December 2022.
