How do I redeem my credit note?

For any one who has received an e-voucher ('Credit Voucher') in their online Wallet can redeem their credit online 

If you haven't yet received an email from us advising that your booking had been replaced with an online credit voucher, you can redeem your credit note by calling us with your original booking reference:

Travel must be completed by 30th September 2022.

How To Claim A Credit Note For Future Travel

While we understand the continued uncertainty around the UK Traffic Light (Red, Amber, Green System, we expect to continue, running our services as a vital part of European transport and logistics.

If you cannot travel due to travel restrictions, we will hold the price of your ticket as a credit against a future booking of the same ticket type (you can rebook and future travel (using the credit) must be completed by 30th September 2022). For travel on any of our routes, up to and including 30th September 2021  on our Dover to Calais route and Cairnryan to Larne route you can claim this via our online form here. If you are travelling on our Hull to Rotterdam route you can make your claim for travel up to and including 31st October 2021.

We will email you within the next 28 days to confirm that your credit has been activated, and confirm how to re-book in the future.

We continue to follow government and maritime guidelines, and can therefore only refer you to your travel insurance for any other rights to refund.
