Why am I unable to process my booking online?

We're so sorry that you are experiencing issues booking with us online.

These simple steps can sometimes help you to rectify the issue:

  • Check that you have correctly entered your payment/credit card details.
  • Check you are using a valid method of payment for our website, we accept the following; Visa debit and credit cards, Mastercard and American Express.
  • Also check that your account address and country of residence matches the address and country to which the card is registered. 

Don't forget you can also make a booking using our Mobile App.
