Why won’t my payment go through online?

If your online payment is not going through, please check the below:

  • That you have you correctly entered your payment/credit card details.
  • Please also ensure that your P&O account address and country are the same as the address and country to which the card that you are paying with is registered to. 
  • We accept Visa debit and credit cards, Mastercard and American Express - please ensure you are using the correct method of payment.

If your details have been entered correctly and your card has been declined, please contact your bank first.
