How do I sign in to my account?

You can log in to your account a number of ways. See below:

  • Head to the 'Sign in' link located at the top right corner of our web pages, and enter your log in details.
  • You can log in during the booking process.
  • Or if you have our new Mobile App you can log on here via the 'My Bookings' section or when you place a booking.

If you are having trouble logging in to your account, follow the below steps:

  • Check you have entered your log in details correctly and have used the same email address you signed up to P&O Ferries with.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgotten your password?' to reset your log in details.
  • If you are still experiencing problems logging in, click the 'Call Now' button below and one of our friendly contact centre staff will be happy to assist you further.

Please note: If you already have an account with us and have not logged in since we have launched our new website, you will need to reset your password. You can do this by simply clicking the sign in link at the top right hand side of the screen and select 'forgotten your password'.
