How do I use my £20 World Duty Free voucher?

If you have redeemed our 2021 Free Flexi upgrade offer, you will receive your £20 World Duty Free retail voucher approx. 2 weeks before your departure date via the email address you have made your booking with.

See below for terms regarding how to use your voucher.

  • Your voucher must be redeemed on the outward journey.
  • 1 x voucher per booking only.
  • You will receive a bespoke voucher code email which must be presented at time of purchase via a digital device (i.e. mobile phone / tablet). Printed copies will not be excepted*.
  • Please have your boarding card ready to present to the cashier.
  • No Minimum spend is required.
  • Excludes all tobacco products
  • Alcohol for 18+ only

*Please note in the rare occasion customers are not able to use a mobile phone to display the QR code they will need to bring along a copy of their booking confirmation. Once on board they will need to present this at reception and they will be provided with a QR code for use in the shop. Customers must still present their boarding card at the WDF till in order to redeem.
