If you have an account with us, to view your booking/journey details simply follow the steps below:
- Click 'sign in' at the top right of our web page to sign in to your account.
- To access your booking confirmation details select 'My Bookings' from the menu on the left hand side.
- Here you can view your 'upcoming bookings' and your 'booked history'.
- Note: From here you can also print out your booking confirmation.
- Note: Here you can also add a booking to your account using your reference number.
Please note: Whilst we understand our customers like to have their booking confirmation to hand, for peace of mind, you do not have to print out your booking confirmation to be able to check in, all we need is your booking reference number!
If you have downloaded our new Mobile App, all your bookings will be stored in the 'My Journey's' section, you can access this once you have signed in to your account using your P&O account details. You can also add your tickets to the 'Your Trip' section of the app and receive notifications regarding travel updates and directions.
